AdKo Publisher ("the Tool") is an internal panel operated by AdKo (Adam Kozioł, "the Agency") used to schedule and publish social media content on behalf of Agency clients who have given separate, written consent as part of a marketing services agreement.
Solely to publish content on behalf of the client to their own, voluntarily connected social media accounts, and to manage the publishing queue and schedule. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and do not use it for any other purpose, including third-party advertising.
Technical data (access tokens) is sent only to the API of the relevant social media platform (Meta, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, TikTok) to perform the publishing action requested by the client. The Tool's infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database).
Data is stored in a database tied to the panel, with access limited to the Agency administrator and the relevant client (a client sees only their own content and accounts).
A client may at any time: revoke the Tool's access to their platform account directly in that platform's own settings; request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data in the panel by contacting the Agency.

AdKo Publisher ("Narzędzie") to wewnętrzny panel agencji AdKo (Adam Kozioł, dalej "Agencja") służący do planowania i publikowania treści w mediach społecznościowych w imieniu klientów Agencji, którzy udzielili na to odrębnej, pisemnej zgody w ramach umowy o świadczenie usług marketingowych.
Wyłącznie do publikowania treści w imieniu klienta na jego własnych, dobrowolnie połączonych kontach platform społecznościowych oraz do zarządzania kolejką i harmonogramem publikacji. Nie sprzedajemy, nie udostępniamy i nie wykorzystujemy tych danych do żadnych innych celów, w tym reklamowych wobec osób trzecich.
Dane techniczne (tokeny dostępu) są przekazywane wyłącznie do API danej platformy społecznościowej (Meta, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, TikTok) w celu wykonania publikacji zleconej przez klienta. Infrastruktura Narzędzia działa na Cloudflare (hosting, baza danych).
Dane przechowywane są w bazie danych powiązanej z panelem, z dostępem ograniczonym do administratora Agencji oraz danego klienta (klient widzi wyłącznie własne treści i konta).
Klient może w każdej chwili: cofnąć dostęp Narzędzia do swojego konta platformy społecznościowej bezpośrednio w ustawieniach tej platformy; zażądać wglądu, poprawy lub usunięcia swoich danych z panelu, kontaktując się z Agencją.
